One Day of...
Collage | 2022 | London
This collage series is a stream of consciousness—a philosophical exploration of the mundane turned profound. I set out to de-objectify the cup, to imagine its internal world, its silent witness to the passing day.
Through layered textures, fragmented forms, and surreal compositions, I trace the imagined sensations of a cup: the warmth of morning tea, the echo of idle conversation, the loneliness of an empty table. It's a meditation on presence, function, and feeling—where the cup becomes not just a vessel, but a subject of time, memory, and quite sentience.
To pause and listen to the things we overlook, to consider the reverie hidden in the everyday—where even a cup might dream.
